By submitting this request, you confirm and guarantee that you possess a valid learner’s permit as required by the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles (BMV). DriverEd Safety does not assume responsibility for verifying the validity or authenticity of the customer’s permit. It is the sole responsibility of the applicant to ensure the legitimacy and validity of their learner’s permit before enrolling in our services.

**BMV has Issuing Authority**

Please note that the issuance of a probationary license is under the authority and discretion of the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles (BMV). Any decisions, approvals, or denials related to the issuance of the probationary license are solely determined by the BMV, and DriverEd Safety does not have control over or influence on these decisions.

**Refund Policy**

Refund requests will be honored, if there is no available date within the next two weeks of purchase.

Fees are not refundable if:
- Available dates do not match the customer's schedule
- Test failure
- The BMV determines an inability to issue the probationary license for any reason, including failure to meet BMV requirements.
