Terms of Service You confirm and guarantee that you possess a valid learner’s permit as required by the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles (BMV). DriverEd Safety does not assume responsibility for verifying the validity or authenticity of the customer’s permit. It is the sole responsibility of the applicant to ensure the legitimacy and validity of their learner’s permit before enrolling in our services. **BMV as the Issuing Authority** Please note that the issuance of a probationary license is under the authority and discretion of the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles (BMV). Any decisions, approvals, or denials related to the issuance of the probationary license are solely determined by the BMV, and DriverEd Safety does not have control over or influence on these decisions. **Non-Refundable Fees** Fees paid for DriverEd Safety services are non-refundable. In the event that the BMV determines an inability to issue the probationary license for any reason, including but not limited to issues related to the customer’s eligibility or compliance, DriverEd Safety is not liable for refunding any fees paid for the services rendered. **Vehicle Usage** The vehicle used during the road skills test is covered by DriverEd Safety’s (the Owner) insurance policy for the duration of the student's use. In the event of a motor vehicle accident while operating the Owner's vehicle, the Owner hereby commits to not take any legal action against the student for punitive or compensatory damages or seek compensation for any damage, injuries, or losses resulting from the accident, unless the student's actions were intentionally reckless or in violation of the general terms of service.
