Submit a Support Ticket

Before submitting a ticket, try the following solutions.

Problem: I can’t move forward to the unit test or next unit.

Solution: Checkmarks indicate visits only not successful completion. You have not reached 100% on a lesson quiz or 80% on the unit test. Check the Grades link to ensure all unit quizzes have a 100% score and tests have at least 80%.
