What does this mean for you?
New Username and Password
In July, currently enrolled students will receive an email granting access to the new system which will include a new username and password.
Streamlined
The new registration software will streamline the enrollment process making it easy for students and parents to see all purchased services, track progress, and download all relevant documentation.

Why the switch?
We’re switching to this new system for three main reasons—all focused on making your experience better and more affordable:
- Cleaner Enrollment Process: More user-friendly experience where service description and fees are easily viewed before enrollment.
- Better Communication: Get instant updates directly inside the student’s account with current progress and next steps.
- Keep Costs Low: As a non-profit organization, controlling operational costs is a priority. This new system helps us become more efficient, allowing us to keep our services affordable.

Important Questions you may be asking:
Q: Will I have to start over with the online course or driving lessons?
A: We know you might be wondering about your current progress. Rest assured, your recorded hours are safe!
Q: Will the current system be unavailable at any point (a “blackout period”)?
A: Yes. In order to get all students switched to the new system there will be no lessons scheduled, registrations processed, or access to accounts between July 6 – July 8
Q: How long will the system be down in july?
A: We anticipate the total system outage will last no longer than 5 days.
Q: Will my already scheduled drives stay the same?
A: Yes. All drives and road skills tests scheduled up to July 5 will go as planned.
Q: Will there be a price increase with the new system.
A: No. This system will help us ensure prices remain affordable.
